Elite Connects With Mexico; PageTrack Coverage Expanded to Major Mexican Cities

FREEPORT, Texas--May 29, 2001--Elite Logistics Inc. (OTCBB:ELOG) a leader in the growing telematics industry, today announced that it has successfully completed connectivity requirements with wireless communications carriers in Mexico. The links to Movil Access and SkyTel de Mexico will enable the sale of Elite's PageTrack(R) Global Positioning System (GPS) based tracking and asset management systems in the major population centers of Mexico.
The new connections will expand the PageTrack(R) service coverage to include telemetry networks running both the ReFLEX50 and ReFLEX25 protocol now available in Mexico City as well as current ReFLEX25 networks covering other cities.
"The Mexican market holds vast potential for PageTrack(R)," says Joe Smith, Elite's CEO. "These new carrier relationships, along with our previously announced distribution agreements with Motorola Inc. and Satellite Security Systems Inc., mean we are now extremely well placed to take advantage of this opportunity. The integration of our PageTrack(R) technology with the wireless communications networks in Mexico sets the stage for expansion into more than 25 Mexican cities within the next few months. The completion of this process is a huge step toward our goal of becoming the dominant provider of GPS based asset management systems in Mexico. Beyond that, we anticipate completing connectivity with other carriers to expand PageTrack(R) sales into all parts of Latin America and the Caribbean as well."

    About PageTrack(R)

Elite's PageTrack(R) asset tracking and monitoring system combines the global positioning system and two-way wireless communications technology with the Internet to facilitate stolen vehicle recovery, roadside assistance, automatic collision notification and much more. PageTrack(R) users can log onto Elite's web site and view on a map the current position of their vehicle and obtain detailed information such as speed, direction of travel, longitude, latitude, street location and even travel history. PageTrack(R) provides a cost-effective means for both individuals and businesses to remotely monitor and control their vehicles or other mobile and fixed assets. Depending on the installation configuration, common commands can include unlocking doors when keys have been locked inside, disabling the vehicle's starter in case of theft and monitoring a car's alarm or airbags for activation. PageTrack(R) owners can monitor their vehicle or receive an event notification (e.g. alarm activation) via a secure Internet link, a two-way pager, an Internet access-enabled cellular phone or Personal Digital Assistant (PDA), or by contacting Elite's 24-hour Customer Support Control Center.
