ACD Systems in License Deal With DaimlerChrysler

 License Initiated Through Megasoft; Over 10,000 Seats of ACDSee(TM) Licensed

    VICTORIA, British Columbia, May 29 ACD Systems
International Inc. , the digital imaging company, today announced
that DaimlerChrysler A.G. , the third largest automotive company in
the world, purchased over 10,000 licenses of ACDSee, the company's flagship
product, for MTC (Mercedes Technology Center). The sale was initiated by
Megasoft, ACD Systems' long-term strategic partner and Value Added Reseller
(VAR) of the Company's products in the German market.

    President and CEO Doug Vandekerkhove of ACD Systems commented, "We are
