announced it has signed a Letter of Intent to purchase a software package and
all intellectual rights and property therein.  The software is unique in that
it continuously backs up operating systems and protects them against data
loss, system crashes and virus attacks.  If a system crashes or there is a
virus attack, the software immediately recovers and restores all data within
the system.
    An independent software evaluation company under the direction of the EWRX
Board will perform due-diligence.
