Tom Adams Becomes PGI's Vice President, Automotive Group
ARLINGTON, Va.--May 24, 2001--PGI, Inc., the event and communications agency, announced today that Tom Adams is the new Vice President, Automotive Group, effective immediately.Tom has over 20 years experience within the automotive industry including marketing and sales assignments with Ford Motor Company in Detroit and New Orleans and with American Honda Motor Company in Los Angeles.
He has spent the last ten years developing numerous large-scale marketing and training initiatives for such automotive clients as Lincoln Mercury, Nissan, Infiniti, BMW, Acura, Toyota, Mitsubishi, Mazda and Isuzu.
Most recently, Tom was involved in leading the Jack Morton Worldwide team on Nissan's Brand Training Initiative that was instrumental in Nissan's successful Global Revival Plan initiated by Nissan's COO Carlos Ghosn.
As director, program development for Caribiner International Inc., Tom played a key role in the highly successful Lincoln LS Launch and also initially led the development and production teams on Acura's many Total Luxury Care (TLC) training initiatives.
