SERTAPAK GROUP ACHIEVES ISO 2000 CERTIFICATION

WOODSTOCK, Ontario (May 9, 2001) -- Sertapak Group Packaging Systems is
pleased to announce achievement of ISO 2000 certification. 

"Early registration with the new standard was crucial to Sertapak. Our
commitment to obtaining ISO 2000 Registration was made prior to the standard
being approved. We were certified by KPMG in January 2001 - one month after
the standard became official," explained John Ogden, Sertapak's Quality
Manager. "We couldn't have achieved this certification so rapidly without
commitment by every member of our team. The dedication our team shares as a
whole paves the way for many positive future developments for our clients.
