proudly announces the acquisition of J.U.M.P. Automotive Experts, Inc.
(J.U.M.P.).
    J.U.M.P. is currently in the final stages of negotiations for the
acquisition of automotive after market specialists in both Australia and New
Zealand.  The target acquisition is comprised of five operating business with
approximately 430 retail and auto parts exchange locations throughout
Australia and New Zealand.
    A combination of these acquisitions will provide J.U.M.P. with one of the
largest distributors of automotive aftermarket parts and accessories, as well
as automotive related tools and equipment, in Australia and New Zealand and
beyond.
