LoJack Appoints Donna Driscoll Vice President of Marketing

             Former Cadbury Schweppes and General Foods Consumer
          Product Marketing Executive Leads Marketing Team at LoJack

    DEDHAM, Mass., May 23 LoJack Corporation
President and COO, Joseph F. Abely announced the appointment today of Donna
Driscoll as Vice President of Marketing for LoJack Corporation.
    LoJack Corporation headquartered in Dedham, MA, markets the nation's only
police-operated, stolen vehicle recovery system, sold in major metropolitan
areas of the United States.
    In this newly created position, Ms. Driscoll will report directly to
Mr. Abely.  She will direct all of the company's marketing and brand
development and oversee strategic execution of new and existing LoJack
products.
    "Donna Driscoll is a tremendous addition to LoJack's team," said
Mr. Abely.  "She brings a proven track record of marketing with a focus on
brand building and new channel development, including e-commerce.  Her strong
marketing career, built in the consumer product and financial world, along
with her dedication to marketing and company growth, will be of great value in
LoJack's continuing development."
    Prior to joining LoJack, Ms. Driscoll was Chief Marketing Officer for
Roxy.com.  Under her direction, the Massachusetts based Internet company's
revenue grew by 700% to more than $20 million, in one year.
    LoJack's new Vice President of Marketing spent the first 13 years of her
career with consumer product companies, including Cadbury Schweppes and
General Foods.  At Cadbury Schweppes, Ms. Driscoll built a new product
development process, and ran several niche businesses.
    She then took her marketing expertise to the financial services world.  At
Fidelity Investments, she was Vice President, Retail Customer Segmentation.
As Senior Vice President, Marketing and Strategic Planning at AT&T Capital
Corporation, Ms. Driscoll played a key role in developing the company's global
market strategy.  Through her efforts, e-commerce distribution channels were
initiated and the firm was recognized for their award-winning
business-to-business web site.  As Citigroup's Senior Vice President for
Corporate Marketing, she was instrumental in developing and launching the
first cross-sell program.
    Ms. Driscoll holds an MBA from the Amos Tuck School of Business, Dartmouth
College, where she was a recipient of the Mobil Foundation Scholarship.
    A former Peace Corps volunteer in Honduras, Ms. Driscoll is a graduate of
Emmanuel College.
    In addition to her executive responsibilities, Ms. Driscoll serves on the
board of directors for the Colonel Daniel Marr Boys/Girls Club of Dorchester
(MA).  Ms. Driscoll resides in Weston, MA.
