Mark Meyer Named Plant Manager at Hayes Lemmerz Cadillac Operations

    NORTHVILLE, Mich., May 23 Hayes Lemmerz International, Inc. , a leading global supplier to
the automotive and commercial highway industries, announced that Mark R. Meyer
has been promoted to the position of Plant Manager of its Cadillac, Michigan
Operations.

    Meyer joined the Company in 1976 and held various positions of increasing
responsibility in engineering, manufacturing and sales.
    Meyer earned an Associates degree of Applied Science in Cast Metals
Technology from Muskegon Community College, in Muskegon, Michigan.  He
received his Bachelor degree in Business Leadership and a Master degree in
Business Administration from Bakers College in Flint, Michigan.
    Meyer reports directly to Mish Jaksic, President of Hayes Lemmerz
Suspension Components Business Unit.
