NESCO Announces Significant Agreement With Swifty Serve
TULSA, Okla.--May 22, 2001--Tulsa, Oklahoma-based NESCO, Inc. , a leading provider of fuel services to the fueling systems industry, today announced that the Company has agreed with Swifty Serve Corporation of Durham, North Carolina, to develop a minimum of fifteen (15) turnkey convenience stores with fueling facilities throughout the southeastern United States. The value of this Agreement is approximately $25.5 million for the balance of 2001. NESCO just completed the first of these stores for Swifty Serve in Pensacola, Florida.Swifty Serve currently operates over 600 convenience stores in North and South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Alabama, Mississippi and Louisiana, with plans to add forty (40) new stores each year.
