Rent a Car, has implemented the ProBusiness(R) tax service with the
ProBusiness PeopleSoft Payroll Interface, which enables the company to
outsource payroll tax processing for its 19,000 U.S. employees.
    The interface was developed for companies that use the PeopleSoft payroll
system but want to outsource the payroll tax process.  The interface has been
deployed at more than 75 major PeopleSoft sites and is an efficient
alternative to custom-designed interfaces, which are inconsistent, complex and
expensive to maintain.
