MSX International Announces Appointment of
John Austin to President and Chief Executive Officer of
Rice Cohen International Subsidiary
AUBURN HILLS, Mich., May 21 MSX International, Inc.
announced today that John Austin has been appointed to president and CEO of
its retained search subsidiary, Rice Cohen International, based in Yardley,
Penn.
Rice Cohen International's founding partners, Gene Rice and Jeff Cohen,
will remain on to help expand the company's presence and brand awareness.
Austin will take over the day-to-day management of the company and lead its
strategic initiatives.

development, executive search, product development and marketing. He is the

offerings that enhance our retained search capabilities. We are especially

Prior to joining MSX International, Austin was chief executive of New
Zealand operations for SHL Group (LSE: SHLG), an international human capital
firm specializing in employee recruitment, selection and development. He also
served as director of technology solutions in London where he led software
product development for more than 35 countries in 30 languages. Austin was
appointed CEO of SHL Aspen Tree Software in the U.S. where he oversaw the Web-
enablement of SHL's recruitment services. He was also senior vice president
of technology solutions and business development for the U.S.
Prior to his eight years at SHL Group, Austin held human resource
management and consulting positions with Mobil Oil and Deloitte & Touche.
Austin earned a master of science degree from the University of Canterbury
in New Zealand and is a registered industrial and organizational psychologist.
