VSI Holdings, Inc. Selected as Marketing Agency-of-Record For Audi Event Marketing Programs

    BLOOMFIELD HILLS, Mich., May 21 VSI Holdings, Inc.
(Amex: VIS) today announced that its marketing services network, Visual
Services, Inc. (VSI), has been named the event marketing provider for Audi of
America, Inc.  As the marketing agency-of-record, VSI will work closely with
Audi and its field representatives to create and execute marketing events
throughout the United States.  In addition to its Bloomfield Hills-based
management staff, VSI will also place event managers in each of Audi's four
marketing regions as well as appoint a National Event Manager to coordinate
program activities.

America's owner communications, owner events and Mainline consumer information
