Chrysler Concorde Receives 2001 J.D. Power IQS Award

    AUBURN HILLS, Mich., May 17 The J.D. Power and Associates
2001 Initial Quality Study(SM), released today, awards the Chrysler Concorde
the best Full-Size Car.  In addition, the overall improvement for the Jeep(R)
brand by approximately 20 percent is one of the most significant changes in
the 2001 Initial Quality Study.
    "We are pleased and encouraged by these results," said Donald Dees, Vice
President - Quality for the Chrysler Group.  "We believe it shows that at the
Chrysler Group, we're continually working to improve quality and that our
Chrysler Development System indeed is paying off -- from concept, design,
