Raudman Hopes to Continue Streak of Luck This Weekend at Pikes Peak

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

RAUDMAN HOPES TO CONTINUE STREAK OF LUCK
THIS WEEKEND AT PIKES PEAK

Rancho Santa Margarita, California (May 16, 2001) -- Craig Raudman, driver
of Dave Reed Racing's #2 Yerf-dog Fun Karts/ITPS Chevrolet in the Featherlite
Southwest Series, NASCAR Touring and NASCAR Winston West Series, met all
his goals in his last race, the May 6th Starnursery.com 250 at The Bullring
at Las Vegas Motor Speedway.

Proving once again that his was the car to beat, Raudman collected his
third Bud Pole Award and first win for the 2001 Southwest Series season.

With the challenge of this Sunday's Sunstate Equipment Company "100" at
Pikes Peak International Raceway, Fountain, Colo., looming ahead, Raudman
and the team are preparing themselves for what they hope will be another
successful run.

Another Bud Pole Award and a strong finish would be especially meaningful
this weekend, as Raudman has run only one race at Pikes Peak, a Winston
West event several years ago.

"Our only race at Pikes Peak was in 1998, so, we'll essentially be starting
from scratch," Raudman said of this weekend's event. "We're preparing
to show up with a fast car, hopefully win our fourth pole this season
and win the race. That's what we're after. We feel we've got the car set
real good, and we'll take it from there."

Team owner Dave Reed would like to see a strong performance as well. "We
believe we will be welcoming a new sponsor to the team within the next
few days. It would be great if we could start the relationship off with
a good finish."

The Sunstate Equipment Company "100" at Pikes Peak International Raceway's
one-mile paved oval starts at 4:45 p.m. this Sunday.
