Kingsley Coach Inc. Reports Third Quarter Results for March 31, 2001

    MIDDLEBURG, Pa.--May 17, 2001--Kingsley Coach Inc. (OTC-BB:KNGS) continues to report profits for the third quarter in a row.
    The company reported revenue and earnings for the third quarter ended March 31, 2001 with EPS of .01 vs. a loss of (.02) cents per share for the 3rd Quarter of the year of 2000. Revenues increased 42 % to $1.00 million vs. $ 700,000.00 for the quarter vs. the 3rd Quarter 2000. Net income for the third quarter ended March 31, 2001, was $87,291.00 vs. a loss of ($121,015.00) for the 3rd Quarter 2000.
    The Company also reported for the nine month period ending March 31, 2001. Revenues increased 27% to $3.7 Million vs. $2.9 Million for the 9 months ended March 31, 2000. Net income rose to $101,135.00 vs. a loss of ($156,844.00) for the same period last year.
    Mr. Ralph Dickenson, Kingsley's Chairman, said, "This quarter demonstrates the increase we have been projecting as the R&D phase of our operations are reduced. With a backlog of over $2,000,000.00 , we are confident of our ability to improve current levels of sales for Kingsley Coach products .
