Visteon Gains Entry Into Collision Parts Business

    DEARBORN, Mich., May 17 Visteon Corporation
continues to build its distributor base in the aftermarket climate control
market by announcing that Eagle Automotive has selected Visteon as its
supplier of premium line heat exchange products.  Eagle provides Visteon entry
into the important collision parts business.
    
    Eagle will sell the ClimatePro(TM) by Visteon line of radiators, as well
as air conditioning condensers.  These products will be sold under Eagle's
Premium Line of aftermarket components.
