Diamond Triumph Auto Glass, Inc. Announces First Quarter 2001 Results

    KINGSTON, Pa., May 15 Diamond Triumph Auto Glass, Inc.
announced today that net sales for the three months ended March 31, 2001
increased $5.3 million, or 11.9%, to $50.0 million as compared to
$44.7 million for the three months ended March 31, 2000.  EBITDA for the first
three months of 2001 increased by $1.0 million, or 18.2%, to $6.5 million from
$5.5 million for the first quarter of 2000.
