Advanced Engine Technologies Files SEC Statement Announcing Appointment of New Accounting Firm

LOS ANGELES, May 15 Advanced Engine Technologies, Inc.
(OTC Bulletin Board: AENG) today announced the filing of an 8-K statement with
the Securities and Exchange Commission pertaining to the appointment of Los
Angeles-based Singer, Lewak, Greenbaum & Goldstein LLP as the company's
accounting firm of record, replacing Neff & Ricci of Albuquerque, N.M. This
change is consistent with the movement last year to Los Angeles of the
company's headquarters and US based engineering activities.
To ensure an accurate and smooth transition of this function, AET has also
filed an extension with the SEC for the filing of its third quarter 10QSB.
During this extension period, AET's stock symbol will include an "E,"
designating its extension filing status. For the extension period, the stock
will be listed as "AENG.E."
To update the investment community and all interested parties about the
progress of the OX2 engine, Advanced Engine Technologies has established an
information hotline at (310) 323-2895.
