    TULSA, Okla., May 15 Dollar Rent A Car today launched the
new look and feel of its Web site, dollar.com, featuring Express Rates -- the
easiest and fastest way to get a car rental quote or reservation from Dollar
online.
    Express Rates, located on the home page of dollar.com, allows customers to
select pickup and return location information, select pickup and return dates
and times using an interactive calendar function, as well as select a desired
car type while viewing vehicle description information, all in one place.
After entering the information and with one click of the mouse, customers will
receive an immediate rate quote.
