Johnson Controls Appoints Glen Wegworth as
Vice President Operations
MILWAUKEE, May 14 Glen A. Wegworth has been appointed vice
president of operations for the Controls business at
Johnson Controls, Inc. . He has more than 30 years of leadership
experience in the building systems and services industry.
In this newly created senior management position, Wegworth will be
responsible for developing and implementing a global operations strategy to
standardize processes, tools and metrics.
Wegworth joins Johnson Controls from Siemens Building Technologies where
he held leadership positions in marketing, service and management. He most
recently served as president of the company's building solutions and services
division.
Prior to joining Siemens, Wegworth spent 22 years with Carrier Corp. where
he held a variety of positions ranging from branch service manager to vice
president of building systems and services.

Wegworth holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Nebraska and a
master's degree in business administration from Lewis University, Romeoville,
Ill.
Wegworth is also a retired lieutenant colonel in the U.S. Air
Force/Illinois Air National Guard. He is a member of the American Society of
Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineers and the Mechanical
Contractors Association.
