Federal-Mogul Honors 62 Employees for a Total of 2,230 Years of Service

SOUTHFIELD, Mich., May 14 Federal-Mogul Corporation
Chief Executive Officer Frank Macher presided Wednesday at the
company's 30th annual Service Awards dinner recognizing 62 employees for their
combined 2,230 years of service.

The employees, representing 15 locations across the country, were honored
with their guests at a reception and dinner at Federal-Mogul World
Headquarters in Southfield, Michigan. The service awards celebration is held
every spring, honoring U.S. employees reaching service milestones of 25 years
or more.

Recognized for the most years of service was Mary Anuszkiewicz, a 55-year
employee from the Federal-Mogul lighting facility in Boyertown, Pennsylvania.
Anuszkiewicz, 79, said one of the reasons she continues to work is to give
portions of her paychecks to local families in need. Summing up her key to
success, she said: "I believe that the word 'can't' doesn't exist. You just
do what has to be done."

Macher and members of his executive staff presented the awards. "You are
great people, doing a great job for a great company," Macher told the
honorees.

Two other employees from the Boyertown facility -- Russell J. Bortz and
Charles A. Krause Jr. -- were honored for 50 years of service. Seven
employees from facilities in St. Johns, Michigan; Lake City, Minnesota;
Cambridge and Toledo, Ohio; and Boyertown were saluted for 45 years of
service. In addition, 52 employees from locations in Indiana, Michigan, Ohio,
Pennsylvania, Virginia, and Wisconsin, attended to receive awards for 25, 30,
35 and 40 years of service.

Honorees were individually recognized and presented with gifts. They also
had their photos taken and received tours of the headquarters.
