Telcontar Demonstrates Location-Based Services for the BREW Platform; Company to Demonstrate Services at BREW 2001 Conference in San Diego

    SAN DIEGO--May 9, 2001--BREW 2001 Conference-- Telcontar, a leading provider of software and services for location-based solution companies, today announced its plans to introduce services for QUALCOMM's Binary Runtime Environment for Wireless(TM) (BREW(TM)) platform. Telcontar is demonstrating the first phase of the company's new offerings at the "BREW 2001: Developer and 3G Technology Conference," May 8-10, in San Diego. The initial set of applications being developed to run on the BREW platform features address look-up, map display, routing, driving directions and real-time traffic reports.
