Sense Technologies Enters Agreement With DaimlerChrysler

    OMAHA, NE--May 9, 2001--Sense Technologies Inc. NASDAQ (SNSG) CDNX (SSE), with worldwide manufacturing and marketing rights to the Guardian Alert(TM) microwave radar backup warning system, today announced it has entered a research and development agreement with DaimlerChrysler Corporation to jointly develop Doppler microwave-based intellectual property relating to automotive applications beyond Sense Technologies' core Guardian Alert(TM) product.

    Concurrently, Sense Technologies Inc. is continuing to develop alliances with several of the largest Tier 1 Suppliers as well. "This agreement with DaimlerChrysler in no way precludes any of our other opportunities that are continuing to develop," added Schreiner. "We're very excited about those possibilities, as each of them affords Sense Technologies significant marketing opportunities for its technology.
