    LAS VEGAS, May 8 Hydro Environmental Resources, Inc.
(OTC Bulletin Board: HYER) has successfully tested and run an experimental
automobile in its laboratories.  The vehicle was connected to an existing
external ECHFR system and run stationary.
    The Company is now building a modified system to be housed in the vehicle
for further testing.  This process is estimated to take approximately thirty
days.  The company anticipates the completion of a vehicle that runs purely on
non-petroleum based products (hydrogen).
    Due to the fact that hydrogen burns at a higher temperature than existing
internal combustion engines, modification and engineering changes will be made
during the 30-day testing period, the Company will compile data for public
release containing the cost and mileage capabilities of the vehicle.
