Oasis Auto Complete Systems and C.T. Soft Corporation Join BCE Emergis' Online e-Lending Interchange
MONTREAL--May 8, 2001--BCE Emergis Inc. today announced that software manufacturers Oasis Auto Complete and C.T. Soft have joined the e-Lending Interchange, an electronic B2B exchange linking motor vehicle dealers and financial institutions. It means dealers using Oasis Auto Complete and C.T. Soft software will have access to faster and more convenient service for their customers.
e-Lending Interchange lets automotive dealers get credit applications approved in seconds, instead of hours, without affecting commission rates. Automotive lenders and dealers can also exchange information securely online with registries (PPSA) and information bureaus.

BCE Emergis launched the e-Lending Interchange in February of this year, with Scotiabank, Canada's leading provider of automotive financing as the first lender to provide loan and financing services to the exchange.
