Robby Flock of Murrieta, Calif. and Todd Hunsaker of Chino Hills, Calif. repeated as feature winners in the WorldCom Western Midget Car and TQ Midget Car series this past weekend.

Flock, whose back-to-back victories the past two weekends are his first in more than four years, has vaulted into sixth place in the WorldCom Western Midget Car points as a result. Saturday night's 30-lap win at the Perris (Calif.) Auto Speedway came in the Joe Fontana Engines Stealth as he led all but the first six laps after passing Bobby Boone. Fast qualifier Alex Harris, series point leader Danny Ebberts, Bryan Stanfill and defending series champion Wally Pankratz rounded out the "top-five" at the checkered flag.

Ebberts emerged with a 59-point lead over Josh Wise in the new Midget Car standings going into this Saturday night's events at the Kings Speedway in Hanford, Calif. A 30-lap feature is on tap at the 3/8-mile dirt track.

Hunsaker passed Charles Carder on the second lap of Saturday night's 20-lap TQ Midget Car feature at the Irwindale (Calif.) Speedway and led the rest of the way in his Hart Honda to beat Walt Johnson, Steve Lambert, Ron Ahrendt and Carder to the flag. Johnson leads Hunsaker by three points in the new series standings with the next series race scheduled June 2 at the Santa Maria (Calif.) Speedway.
