Atlas Technologies Introduces New Finger Tooling Receivers

    ANN ARBOR, Mich., May 7 Productivity Technologies
Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: PRAC), announced today that Atlas
Technologies, Inc., one of its operating subsidiaries, has launched its newest
FLEX Series Finger Tooling product, a patent pending quick change receiver
that permits quick exchange of individual finger tools for transfer presses.
Atlas will be exhibiting the new Atlas FLEX Series Finger Tool Receiver during
the MAX International show running this week in Cleveland, Ohio USA, (a
combination of the PMA Metalform Show and the AWS Welding Show)

    According to James A. Kolinski, Atlas CEO, "The Atlas FLEX Series Finger
Tool Receiver is a simple, light weight, rugged, and highly functional
connector which attaches individual finger tools to transfer press rails.  The
Receiver allows one (or two) sets of common rails to be used for all parts.
It can be retrofit to most existing transfer presses, or can be used for new
transfer press applications.  The FLEX Series Receiver will adapt to most
brands and types of existing finger tooling, including FLEX Series Finger
Tools.  A unique compound angle locking mechanism rigidly secures the finger
tool using a visually proofed handle, along with a separate and redundant
safety latch.  Optional electrical and pneumatic connections are also
available."
