2002 Neiman Marcus Edition Lincoln Blackwood Sells Out

PHOTO

IRVINE, Calif., May 7 The phones were ablaze as the 2002
Neiman Marcus Edition Lincoln Blackwood went on sale this morning - and
quicker than a racing pony out of the gate, all 50 vehicles, destined to
become collectors' items, sold out in less than 8 hours.

"The response we have received on the Neiman Marcus Edition Lincoln
Blackwood has exceeded our expectations," said Lisa Bacus, Blackwood brand
manager. "This morning's sales event confirms customers' enthusiasm for
Blackwood and is an indication of how well-received the vehicle is in the
marketplace."

Unlike other vehicles on the road today, Lincoln Blackwood combines the
elegance and comfort of a luxury car, the versatility and convenience of an
SUV, and the handling of a sports sedan. The interior wraps four passengers
in an indulgent, luxurious cabin trimmed in black leather and wood, while the
exterior marries the dramatic presence of a deep-gloss black Lincoln Navigator
with a unique and distinctive box-like trunk with a power-operated tonneau
cover.

The Neiman Marcus Edition Blackwood exemplifies the 2002 Blackwood's
versatility by featuring one-of-a-kind design and entertainment elements. All
four headrests feature a Neiman Marcus stitched logo. The leather-wrapped
rear-console lid features a 7-inch Panasonic LCD Wide Screen DVD/Video-CD/CD
player with game center hook-up and two wireless headphones. Located inside
is a cooler/warmer, large enough to hold goodies for two.

The Neiman Marcus Blackwood is priced at $58,800 and customers placing
their orders today will take delivery of their vehicles in early fall 2001.
