Auto Club Selects Trend Micro's Antivirus Solutions to Drive Viruses Away; The Automobile Club of Southern California Shifts to Trend Micro's NeaTSuite
CUPERTINO, Calif.--May 7, 2001--Trend Micro Inc. , a worldwide leader in network antivirus and Internet content security solutions, today announced the selection of its NeaTSuite product by the Automobile Club of Southern California. The Automobile Club of Southern California is the largest U.S. affiliate of the American Automobile Association (AAA), which serves more than 40 million members in 97 clubs throughout the U.S. and Canada. Trend Micro's NeaTSuite(TM) will protect the Auto Club's entire network, including its individual workstations, file and applications servers, email servers and Internet gateways. In addition, the Auto Club will take advantage of Trend Micro's Premium Support Services including proactive notification of virus alerts.As the Automobile Club of Southern California continues to offer expanded services to its growing member base, the importance of a robust and easy-to-maintain antivirus solution becomes paramount.
