Radiant Systems Announces Agreement with Precision Auto Care
ATLANTA--May 7, 2001--Radiant Systems, Inc. announced today an agreement with Precision Auto Care, Inc. to implement its point-of-sale and site management systems in Precision Tune Auto Care's domestic franchised locations, which currently total 380.
Plans also call for Radiant to deploy its Wave(TM) Enterprise Intelligence reporting capability in these same locations.
Radiant's solution will significantly reduce manual data entry and reporting processes and dramatically increase the speed of information flow, providing Precision Tune Auto Care with the ability to measure business results immediately. Precision Tune Auto Care will utilize Radiant's solution under a subscription-based pricing model, allowing franchisees to eliminate up-front capital expenditure and minimize its total cost of ownership.

Radiant will provide consulting and implementation services to assist in the rollout of the solution and support services to Precision Tune Auto Care and its franchisees.
