ANDERSON, Ind., May 4 Delco Remy International, Inc., has
acquired Auto Matic Transmission (AMT), the Scandinavian automatic

AMT remanufactures automatic transmissions for both automobiles and
commercial vehicles for the Scandinavian independent aftermarket, OE import

Copenhagen, Mr. Transmission, managed by his wife, Wivi Ovdal Clausen.
Hans Beyer Clausen stated, "We are pleased to be part of the DRI group
and are excited about the new opportunities offered by extending our markets
