DynaMotive Announces Management Changes
Following Acquisition of Border Bio Fuels
VANCOUVER, May 4 - DynaMotive Technologies Corporation
(OTCBB: DYMTF) announced today changes in its management structure following
the acquisition of Border Bio Fuels and its decision to concentrate purely on
its alternative energy operations. Management focus will be on project
management and international business development.

John Seed, - Managing Director
Mr. Seed, MBA is one of the founders of Border Biofuels Ltd and is a
Director and Founding Member of British Biogen, the UK Energy from Biomass
Trade Association. He is a Member of the AEP Renewable Energy Committee, a
Director of the Scottish Renewable Forum and Technical Expert of the
International Energy Agency Biomass Task XVII Production System Team. Mr. Seed
is a former director of the UK's Association of Electricity Producers, Past
Chairman of the Scottish Association of Electricity Producers and a former
Council Member of the Scottish National Farmers Union.
Dr. Adrian C. Bowles, - Director
Business Development, Engineering and Project Development
Before joining Border Bio Fuels, Dr. Bowles, P.Eng. worked for 10 years
with the Department of Trade and Industry, first as project manager for the
DTI's Energy Technology Support Unit, working on the New and Renewable Energy
Programme, then in the marketing department where he was responsible for
developing the DTI's long-term strategy for the deployment of renewable energy
technology into the Agricultural and Forestry sectors. Dr Bowles holds a
degree in mechanical engineering and a higher degree in fluid dynamics from
the University of London.
Antony Robson - Director
Mr. Robson, director and Managing Director of DynaMotive Europe graduated
from the University of London with a Land Management Degree in 1974 and became
a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 1983. He was an
equity Partner with White, Druce and Brown, Chartered Surveyors, London, for
13 years. In 1992 he was appointed Chief Executive Officer of New Europe
Hotels N.V. where he was professionally active in Central and Eastern Europe.
He has worked extensively on property and other investment internationally and
since 1995, has been a major private shareholder and non-executive Director of
Minmet PLC, a significant gold and other minerals exploration company. He is
also Director, International Corporate Communications and Investor Relations
for the DynaMotive Group of Companies.

Rodolfo Guido - Director, International Marketing and Trading.
Mr. Guido is a chemical engineer with 20 years of experience in oil, gas
and energy supply trading and distribution. He has worked as manager for
Ecolmar S.A., Repsol - YPF Group/ Interpetrol S.A., Global Petroleum, Shell
Petroleum and DuPont. Mr. Guido brings extensive experience in market and
business intelligence, technical and fundamental analysis, trading analysis,
research and strategy definition and investment consulting in Latin America,
Europe, Africa, Asia and the Middle East.
Other Management Changes:

Mr. Warren Johnson is appointed interim Chief Technology Officer,
replacing Mr. Keith Morris who will be leaving the Company to pursue other
interests as will Mr. Jonathan Rhone, former Chief Operating Officer.
Mr. Johnson leads the BioOil design engineering and construction group.
Before joining DynaMotive he worked for 18 years in the domestic and
international chemical, pulp & paper and environmental industries in process
design, design and construction management, new technology development and
commercialization, start-up, operations and safety. His recent responsibility
included technology development and commercialization as VP Engineering at
Conor Pacific Environmental Technologies Inc. He is a Professional Engineer
and holds a B.Sc. from the University of Alberta.
