Chrysler Group Appoints Frank Sklarsky to Key
Controlling Post
AUBURN HILLS, Mich., May 3 DaimlerChrysler Corporation
announced today the appointment of Frank Sklarsky to the position of Vice
President - Finance and Assistant Controller - Product Quality, Cost
Management and Procurement. He will report to Jim Donlon, Senior Vice
President - Controlling Chrysler.
In this position, Sklarsky, 44, is responsible for current programs cost
management as they relate to Quality and Serviceability, Supplier Economics,
Product Line Profit and Component Costs, and for the management of current
platform project financial analysis. Sklarsky rejoins DaimlerChrysler from
Dell Computer Corporation where he served most recently as the Vice President,
Finance-Consumer Business.

Prior to leaving DaimlerChrysler in 1999, Sklarsky held the position of
Vice President, Corporate Financial Activities. He joined the company in 1983
as an analyst and held a number of increasingly responsible positions within
the Controllers Office during his 17 years.
Sklarsky holds a master's degree in business administration from Harvard
University and a bachelor's of science degree in accounting from the Rochester
Institute of Technology in Rochester, New York. He is also a Certified Public
Accountant.
