ADVISORY/AAA Texas Recognizes the Top Tech & Top Auto Repair Facilities in the State

        WHO & WHY:

        AAA Texas will recognize the top tech and the top automotive
            facilities in the state. Terry Roberts of the Woodlands
            Exxon Car Care beat some stiff competition to be named the
            AAA Approved Auto Repair's Top Tech for Texas. Selection
            criteria for the Top Tech award include competency and
            training in the automotive repair industry, excellent
            customer service skills and workmanship. This is the first
            year for AAA Texas' Top Tech award.
        Professional Auto Care and Montrose Tire & Automotive of the
            Houston area are the only two automotive facilities chosen
            to receive AAA Texas' highly selective Top Shop Award for
            the entire state. These two recipients exemplify superior
            customer service, receiving more than a 95 percent rating
            for customer satisfaction. The Approved Auto Repair
            Program (AAR) was developed in 1975 to help identify
            competent and reliable service facilities. There are more
            than 140 facilities in AAA's Approved Auto Repair Program
            in Texas.
