Carlisle Companies Declares Regular Quarterly Dividend

    SYRACUSE, N.Y.--May 2, 2001--The Board of Directors of Carlisle Companies Incorporated declared a regular quarterly dividend of $.20 per share, payable on June 1, 2001 to shareowners of record at the close of business on May 17, 2001.
