    MTI-Milliren Technologies, Inc., a leading provider of precision quartz oscillators for wireless communications applications, announces the availability of a revolutionary new high performance 3.3v OCXO. The 220 Series measures 0.975" L X 0.800" W X 0.500" H (24.8 X 20.3 X 12.7 mm.) With a frequency range from 4.8 MHz to 100 MHz, these devices easily achieve the necessary performance characteristics normally associated with larger designs.
    Features include a thermal stability of 2.0 E-08 over a 100(degree)C temperature range, warm up time of less than 5 minutes, and power consumption of 1.0 W at +25(degree)C. Phase noise at 1 Hz offset is -85 dBc/Hz with a noise floor of -150 dBc/Hz (at 1 kHz). Devices are delivered in hermetic 16 pin DIP or surface mount packages, or can be modified with footprint adapter boards. Applications include GPS receivers, instrumentation, rack-mounted applications, and cellular paging base stations. Custom frequency outputs and specifications available upon request. 10 MHz SC cuts are available from stock for $135.00 / 1,000 pcs.
