Suzuki Posts Sales Gain in April
American Suzuki Forecasts Increasing Sales With the Introduction
Of New XL-7 Limited Edition
BREA, Calif., May 1 American Suzuki Motor Corporation
April sales totaled 5,706 vehicles, increasing 18 percent in overall sales
compared to the same month one year ago.
"Sales showed an improvement in April," said Gary Anderson, vice president
of sales. "It's apparent that awareness is building for the XL-7, which
contributed to this healthy sales increase. We are also excited about the
arrival of the top-of-the-line XL-7 Limited Edition to dealer showrooms this
month. Based on the appeal of the leather interior and other high-level
amenities, for an incredibly affordable price starting under $25,000, we
expect to see Suzuki's sales continue to increase in the approaching months."
