Electric Vehicle Progress Editor, Layne Holley, Will Speak at This Year's Canadian Electric Vehicle Conference

    NEW YORK, May 1 At this years Electric Vehicle Association
of Canada (EVAC) annual conference entitled "Electric Vehicle Business
Opportunities: Transportation for This Century." Editor Layne Holley is one of
12 distinguish industry presenters who will take center stage on
May 2 - May 5, 2001 in Kelowna, BC, Canada.
    Ms. Holley will speak on the topic "Smoke & Substance: Tracking Trends &
Perception in the Media." She will provide detailed insights on the
perceptions of the electric vehicle industry by the consumer, the media and
