GOOD NEWS-Easyriders Inc. Announces Complete Sell-out at Daytona Beach Bike Week

    AGOURA HILLS, Calif.--April 27, 2001--Easyriders Inc. (AMEX:EZR) today announced that each of its venues at the recent 60th Annual Bike Week in Daytona Beach, Fla., was completely sold out, making this year's participation the most successful in its corporate history.
    This year's annual "Bike Week" drew in excess of 500,000 bikers who spent more than $300 million during the weeklong event. It provides an opportunity for motorcycle manufacturers, master custom bike builders and other vendors to display, and sell, their motorcycle lifestyle products directly to the consumer.
    Easyriders participated with both the "Easyriders Pavilion," and major locations on "Beach Street Manufacturers' Row."
    "The 60th annual event coincided with the 30th anniversary of Easyriders magazine, and we sold out all of the vendor spaces at our various locations, which marked a complete success," explained Joe Teresi, chairman of Easyriders Inc. "This was a fine example of a business-to-consumer event which is a profit center for our company."
