    Global OEM electronic parts catalog software developer Infomedia Ltd was established in 1991 to focus on the development of specialized electronic selling and cataloging solutions incorporating multimedia and advanced programming technology.
    Infomedia's flagship product, Microcat(R), has become the best electronic parts catalog for the auto industry in the world. It is shipped to more than 27,000 subscribers each month in 92 countries and translated into 22 languages. Every day new users all over the world are added to the subscriber base and new products are constantly under development.
    Infomedia produces versions of its electronic parts catalog products for the following leading brands -- in Australia: Daewoo, Daihatsu, Ford, General Motors Holden, Honda, Hyundai, Isuzu, Mitsubishi, Suzuki and Toyota; internationally for Ford and Daihatsu.
    The Company has its headquarters in Sydney and has established Microcat support centers in Cologne, Copenhagen, Dearborn, London, Mexico City, Sydney, Tokyo and Toronto.
    Success in the automotive industry has given the Company a solid market base and enviable reputation. Internationally, the Company's name has become synonymous with high quality, 'industrial strength' electronic catalog solutions.     Through the acquisitions in 2000 of Datateck Publishing Pty Ltd and Online Computing Pty Ltd, this rapidly growing company is now organized into three divisions -- Electronic Catalogs, Data Management and Online Business Systems. Each division is headed by its own General Manager and is supported by an adequate capital infrastructure, documented procedures and measurement objectives.
    The Electronic Catalogs division has recently moved beyond purely automotive industry customers and begun preparing electronic product catalogs for whitegoods, starting with the Australian made products from Electrolux Home Products (formerly Email Appliances).
    Infomedia listed on the Australian Stock Exchange in August 2000 (ASX Code: IFM.ax) and is capitalized at around AUD$600 million.
