Kolorfusion Announces Licensing Agreement With Dee Zee, Inc.

    DENVER--April 26, 2001--Kolorfusion International, Inc. (OTCBB:KOLR):

Dee Zee is a Subsidiary of Lancaster Colony Corp.

Kolorfusion International's President, Steve Nagel, announced that the Company has entered a License Agreement for up to 20 years with Dee Zee, Inc. (www.deezee.com), a leading manufacturer of over 1,400 aluminum accessory products for the SUV and truck markets.
Dee Zee's 400-plus employees also manufacture and market the Aluma Sport(R) product line for sportsmen. Aluma Sport(R) includes aluminum gun cases, storage containers and dog kennels. Dee Zee is an Original Equipment Manufacturer for Ford, Chrysler, Honda, Mazda, Mitsubishi, Nissan and others.
The first pattern going to market is the Mossy Oak(R) (www.mossyoak.com) camouflage design on Dee Zee's step-up bars, tool chests, mud flaps, pick-up bed trim panels and dog kennels. Dee Zee is installing the patented Kolorfusion process in its Des Moines, Iowa, facility during this quarter. Currently, Kolorfusion is completing the initial processing as Dee Zee's distributors and Cabella's outdoor catalogue are now offering the Mossy Oak(R) decorated products. Dee Zee's President Ron Shivers stated: "The market tests began last October when we first introduced the Kolorfusion process and a camouflage design to our truck and SUV markets at the 2000 S.E.M.A. Show in Las Vegas. The response was extremely good, so we completed our final evaluation, feasibility and testing and entered a long-term License with exclusivity to our markets for 2 years. The Kolorfusion process allows us to create virtually any design and provide significantly higher consumer appeal to our product line. We expect to see this process not only in the accessory after-markets, but eventually in the SUV and truck OEM business."
"The Licensing of Dee Zee is a significant demonstration of the versatility of our process, and its capability to meet the environmental durability requirements of Dee Zee's markets. The camouflage markets are also another excellent way to continue to launch our technology. Manufacturers and the consumers in this market already know which patterns they want, and now our patented technology can provide this demand with a viable solution. Dee Zee and Daisy (air rifles) are our first two manufacturers offering products to the sportsman, and there are numerous others that we are in various stages to bring them to market," stated Nagel.
Kolorfusion's opportunities for processing and licensing are nearly endless. Manufacturers of appliances, electronic equipment, recreational products, office products, home interiors, plumbing fixtures, automotive parts and others can utilize this breakthrough technology to permanently decorate their products with virtually any color and design. As Kolorfusion moves forward with the introduction of its innovative technology, more and more major manufacturers will become users of this revolutionary process on a global basis.
