Michael F. Holmes, Executive Manager, Northeast Regional Operations

    CERRITOS, Calif., April 24 American Isuzu Motors Inc. today announced the appointment of Michael F.
Holmes to the position of Executive Manager, Regional Operations, Northeast
Region.  He will be responsible for sales, parts, service and customer
satisfaction performance for a thirteen-state area encompassing New England
and the Mid-Atlantic States.
    Most recently serving as a Zone Sales Manager with Mazda North American
Operations, he was credited with directing the resurgence of the Houston and
Dallas metro markets.
    Holmes has automobile industry management experience as a Regional Sales
Manager with Mercedes-Benz of North America and a Sales Training Manager of
Volvo Cars of North America.
    He holds a Bachelor of Science in education from the University of
Maryland.

    Michael and his wife Kathleen are in the process of relocating to Mendham,
