CLEVELAND--April 24, 2001--TRW Inc. today announced that effective immediately Howard V. Knicely has been appointed a director of the company.
Knicely, 65, is executive vice president, human resources and communications, for the company and a member of TRW's management committee. He was elected to his current position in 1989.
