HiQ Signs New Frame Agreement With Saab Automobile

    STOCKHOLM, Sweden--April 24, 2001--HiQ signs a new frame agreement with Saab Automobile covering consulting services in the field of system development and project management.
    HiQ has been involved in system development and project management in the automobile industry on behalf of Saab Automobile since 1995. HiQ has completed assignments involving the development of tools and engine management systems, as well as diagnostic systems for vehicles and telematics solutions.

    IT systems for cars are becoming increasingly common, and Saab is one of the car manufacturers to have made good progress in terms of developing communication to and from vehicles.
    One of the assignments currently in progress involves developing telematics solutions for Saab Automobile. The assignment covers such aspects as analysis and requirement specifications for infotainment systems that enable a number of driver services.
