Management Changes
PERRIS, Calif., April 23 National
R.V. Holdings, Inc. , today announced a restructuring of its
management team. Gary Siegler, the Chairman of the Company's Board of
Directors, was appointed Chief Executive Officer of the holding company, Bob
Lee was appointed President and Chief Operating Officer of the holding
company, and Wayne Mertes was appointed Chief Executive Officer of the
Company's National RV subsidiary. The Company believes that these changes
will streamline National RV Holdings' management structure, and give the
Company's National RV subsidiary the benefit of Mr. Mertes' full-time efforts.
Additionally, the Company announced that it has appointed Mike Jacques as
Vice-President of Sales and Marketing at it's National RV subsidiary.
Mr. Jacques is the former president of SMC Corporation.
National R.V. Holdings, Inc. is a leading manufacturer of Class "A" motor
homes. From its Perris, California facility, the Company designs,
manufactures and markets National R.V. Class "A" motor homes under brand names
including Tradewinds, Dolphin, Islander, Sea Breeze, Sea View, Surf Side,
Marlin, Tropi-Cal, and Caribbean, and travel trailers under brand names
including Sea Breeze, Palisades, Splash and Rage'n. From its Junction City
facility, the Company designs, manufactures and markets Country Coach high-end
(Highline) Class "A" motor homes under brand names including Affinity, Allure,
Intrigue and Magna, and bus conversions under the Country Coach Prevost brand.
