    Modeled after the popular ZAPPY electric scooter for adults, ZAPPY JR. is the first electric scooter in the United States designed specifically as a toy following consumer safety guidelines. ZAPWORLD.COM (ZAP) of Sebastopol, California recommends ZAPPY JR. for children ages six to ten.
    ZAP, which also manufactures electric bicycles and motorcycles, first designed the ZAPPY folding electric scooter in 1997.
