Consulting and Investor Relations Firm to Assist in
Strategic Planning and Increase Exposure to the Investor

(OTC Bulletin Board: AGNV) announced today that it has retained the services
of Princeton, NJ-based Eric David and Sons, Inc.
Eric David and Sons provides consulting services to private and public
companies in areas ranging from investor relations, public relations, business
development, and financial marketing.
Under the leadership of Steven J. Weiss, Eric David and Sons has developed
a strong track record in creating communications for shareholders and by
integrating a broad range of services into the corporate strategy of its
client companies.
Steven Weiss has over 20 years of experience in business communications
and financial management. His corporate finance background includes positions
with CBS Inc., United News Papers Group, International Thompson and Universal
