Westcorp to Webcast Analyst Conference Call On First Quarter Earnings Results

    IRVINE, Calif.--April 18, 2001--Westcorp will release its first quarter earnings results on Tuesday, April 24, 2001 after the NYSE stock exchange closes.
    Joy Schaefer, president, and Lee A. Whatcott, executive vice president and chief financial officer, will host a webcast conference call for analysts and investors at 8 a.m. (PDT) on Wednesday, April 25, 2001.
