    VAN NUYS, Calif.--April 18, 2001--Superior Industries International Inc. today announced that it will release results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2001, at approximately 8 a.m. EDT on Thursday, April 19.
    Superior has scheduled a conference call that morning to discuss its results for the quarter. During the conference call, the company may also discuss the outlook for the second quarter and year 2001, as well as other matters.
