GenesisIntermedia.com Receives $15 Million Increase to Existing Credit Facility

    LOS ANGELES--April 18, 2001-- GenesisIntermedia.com Inc. (Frankfurt:GIA) today announced that its existing credit facility has been increased by $15 million.
    The company will draw upon the larger credit facility from time to time to build existing operations, as well as to capitalize on acquisition opportunities in accordance with the company's business plan of developing new strategies that combine real market needs with the advanced capabilities possible with Internet, wireless and other technologies.
